What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Assist with development and maintenance of merchandising systems supporting layout, assortment, and finance functionality
- Participate in full stack development using Java and other modern technologies
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments to support new features and ongoing platform modernization
- Learn and adapt to evolving software tools, frameworks, and development practices
- Contribute to code reviews, quality checks, and documentation under guidance from senior developers
- Support testing and debugging of new applications and features
- Engage in daily team standups and development planning meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Basic knowledge of web or mobile application coding
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices
- Eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset
