What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Support and maintain merchandising systems tied to store layout, financial planning, and assortment selection
- Write and test clean, efficient code for applications, microservices, APIs, or automation
- Participate in full stack development using Java and other modern tools
- Contribute to development projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate in an Agile environment with developers, analysts, and stakeholders
- Participate in peer reviews, documentation, and debugging sessions
- Learn and grow through mentorship and hands-on work within modernization projects
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar field OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience writing code for applications or automation
- Experience with programming languages for online applications, microservices, APIs, or mobile applications
- Experience in building and testing applications or automation tools
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
