What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Lead technical design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices for coding, testing, and deployment
- Perform hands-on development using Java 17, Spring Boot 3, Node.js, React.js, and Azure Cloud services
- Develop and manage NoSQL databases in a distributed, scalable environment
- Drive architectural decisions and solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
- Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and sprint planning activities
- Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle standards and project timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 11–15 years of experience in software engineering or full-stack application development
- Proven expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot 3, Node.js, and React.js
- Experience with Azure Cloud services and NoSQL database technologies
- Strong background in solutioning, system architecture, and application design
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead projects in a hybrid work environment
- Experience mentoring developers and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Prior experience in technical team leadership roles
- Exposure to scalable microservices architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
