What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of MDM solutions on the Stibo platform
- Oversee synchronization of lower environments with Production and maintain platform upgrades to at least N-1 release
- Implement and manage controls over changes impacting development environments
- Lead RunOps team operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and smooth engagement with external partners
- Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to define strategy, create estimates, and shape roadmaps for new initiatives
- Stay current with developments in the MDM space, applying innovations to platform optimization
- Maintain close collaboration with Stibo and other external stakeholders to drive support and issue resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in MDM, including 5 years on the Stibo platform, or equivalent experience across other MDM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to strategically align technology improvements with business needs
- Extensive experience governing development environments, managing synchronization, and overseeing upgrades
- Proven ability to lead and enhance RunOps team performance, ensuring SLA compliance and productive external partnerships
- Strategic planning capability, including project estimation and solution roadmap development
- Strong technical expertise in Java, XML, XSLT, SQL, and API development/integration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to preemptively identify and resolve issues
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience mentoring junior developers and collaborating cross-functionally
