What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Develop on-brand, clear, and engaging UX/UI content for web, mobile, and app interfaces.
- Collaborate with Product Development, UI/UX Design, Clinical, Legal, and Research teams to refine messaging and enhance user experiences.
- Create consistent omnichannel content across desktop, mobile, app interfaces, navigation elements, calls-to-action, system feedback, error messages, instructional text, accessibility support, SMS, push notifications, and marketing-driven upsells.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines while exploring opportunities to push boundaries where appropriate.
- Manage timelines, project milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of writing assignments.
- Participate in and facilitate stakeholder meetings to align business objectives with content strategy.
- Identify and resolve content-related issues and roadblocks in the design process.
- Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare-related digital experiences to optimize patient engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or writing-related field such as Computer Science, Communications, Journalism, Copywriting, Advertising, or similar.
- 5 years of professional writing experience, with at least 2 years in UX/UI writing.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Figma for design collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Experience in a creative agency or large corporate environment.
- Healthcare industry experience, with an understanding of compliance and regulatory content considerations.
- Ability to develop and adapt editorial guidelines for digital experiences.
- Experience communicating ideas to senior stakeholders and business owners to gain alignment and buy-in.
- Familiarity with technical documentation for customer-facing UI content.
