Roller Operator

Overview

Chamberlain Contractors is hiring a full-time Asphalt Roller Operator, Monday-Friday, weekends, early mornings, evenings and nights with full benefits. 

We are looking for candidates that like to work independently, have a successful record of accomplishment, and can self-manage their productivity in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities

• 2 years experience
• Knowledge of functionality of Roller
• Experience operating Roller
• Reports directly to foreman 
• Assist and work along crew
• Position is not solely based on operating Roller- will help crew shovel, lute, and any other required paving / milling task directed by the Foreman
