This position is responsible for providing HR partnership and consulting that will help build capability and develop employees creating the right talent, right leadership and right culture to grow our business. This role will be responsible for the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives and inspiring a team of HR generalists.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Consult with, advise, and support business leaders regarding change initiatives, workforce planning, performance management, change management, talent management & development, compensation, engagement, employee relations, culture, diversity and inclusion and HR programs and projects
- Coach and consult with relevant business groups to find the most appropriate solutions to meet the business needs; work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives
- Strengthen employees' leadership skills by coaching leaders through difficult interactions and business situations
- Manage employee relations issues by confidentially and fairly, remaining consistent with company values and policies, and adhering to state, federal and local law
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising on needed actions
- Manage payroll, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment for one or multiple business area(s) by partnering with Centers of Excellence
- Develop and foster a highly engaged workforce for assigned Business Unit; articulate, operationalize and sustain the culture needed to drive Chamberlain Group’s growth and innovation strategy
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
- Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
- Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members
- Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company’s policies
- Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications
- Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the Chamberlain Group mission, vision and values.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- 8-10 years; 5-7 years as an Human Resources Business Partner; multi-site experience
- Local, state, and federal employment law; strong business and HR acumen, including ability to diagnose and analyze problems and drive appropriate solutions
- Able to travel up to 30% - domestically and internationally
Education/Certifications:
- Master's of Business Administration or Master's in related discipline
- Broad knowledge and experience in compensation, organizational planning, talent management, organization development and change management

Salary : $123,600 - $199,275
