Responsibilities
- Present apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive and engaging manner
- Assist residential landlords in discovering suitable tenants
- Market the community through various channels, including digital media and advertising tools
- Evaluate client needs and preferences to deliver tailored leasing presentations
- Stay knowledgeable about features and benefits of each property to accurately show units
- Build awareness of the local multi-family market
- Validate application information and references
- Negotiate lease terms and complete leasing agreements
- Monitor property and market conditions to stay competitive
- Physically inspect properties and units to ensure standards are met
- Must be able to work weekends
- Excellent Customer-Service and People-Oriented Skills
- Fair housing certified (not required; will train)
- Proven track record of successful sales and negotiation techniques
- Computer literate & tech-savvy
- Creative in marketing - including digital media, and knowledgeable with various marketing tools
- Organized Administrative Skills
- Interpersonal Skills (Energetic, friendly, outgoing, great character, team-player)
