Responsibilities: Supervision of multiple projects at the same time. Backup responsibilities to the General Superintendent (GS). Supervision of multiple foreman and on various jobs. The key responsibilities include; Training, Ensuring Safety, Quality, Productivity and Teamwork on all aspects of each project within your division. Continual project review with OM, FOM, PMs and Foreman. Work with team (Admin and Field) to complete change orders as needed. Continual interaction with GC and/or ownership. Mandatory attendance at weekly Jobsite Meetings for all assigned projects.

- Safety Walk, Quality Walk and Production (Daily completion of QC/QA forms)
- Development of Superintendents, Foremen and Field Employees
- Site management and control of project; safety, quality, teamwork
- Positive reinforcement for a job well done
- Ensure high standards (i.e. safety, quality, productivity, attitude, appearance, teamwork, etc.)
- Work with Foreman and Management team to address performance issues
- Safety Walk, Quality Walk and Production (Daily completion of QC/QA forms)
- Constant review of job costs and report any items of importance to Project Manager (PM)
- Identify cost/savings opportunities on job and share with team and PM
- Directly responsible for productivity in relation to estimated productivity
- Ensure all equipment & personnel are allocated to assigned project
- Directly responsible to ensure “8 hours work for 8 hours pay”
- Promote the Chamberlin Employee Referral Program to employees
- Join GS/FOM in the interview process for Technicians
- Work with GS/FOM and HR on Employee Reviews
- Administer Employee Reviews
- Work with GS/FOM and HR to address any employee performance issues, including documentation
- Discuss and document any specific issues that may require termination and consult with GS/FOM and HR prior to termination
- Discuss application techniques, productivity and/or any possible obstacles as required
- Notify PM immediately of any possible estimate mistakes
- Be familiar with productivity to contribute to the estimating process and bring up issues so estimators know current productivity rates
- Responsible for minor day to day purchases
- Work with PM and GS regarding the purchasing or renting of special equipment
- Discuss with PM's and GS ways we might be able to maximize the use of equipment
- Ensure the daily and weekly accurate completion of timecards and submittal to payroll. This will involve direct interaction with Foreman and Field personnel
- Proven ability at the Superintendent II level (FOM, GS recommendations)
- OSHA 30 certification
- Proven leadership and employee development ability
- Tested knowledge of all division product applications
- Tested knowledge of ability to read, understand and interpret construction drawings
- Proven ability to interact with employees and customers in an appropriate, professional manner; must be a Chamberlin Ambassador
- Valid driver’s license
- English speaking, bilingual preferred
- Safety focused
- Able to communicate expectations and lead others
- Able to work independently without significant supervision
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift at least 100lbs
- Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions
- Must be able to work in elevated locations
- Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to get to differing job locations
- Must be looking for full time employment with a desire to advance within the company
