What are the responsibilities and job description for the Waterproofing Craftsman position at Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing?
- Unique, advanced skill level within the divisional category in which you work: Waterproofing
- Work independently and direct Tech Is and Tech IIs who assist Craftsman on projects
- Promote and actively participate in Chamberlin’s Safety Program and use safe work practices
- Demonstrate and promote Chamberlin’s core values of safety, quality and teamwork
- Help in the training and development of Technicians
- Ability and commitment to work product perfection and production within the specific skill set
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge and ability to demonstrate a proficient skill level for waterproofing
- English speaking, bilingual preferred
- Able to read, understand and follow blueprints and construction documents
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work independently and lead by example on work projects
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions
- Must be able to work in elevated locations
- Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to get to different job locations
- Must be looking for full time employment with a desire to have a long term career with Chamberlin
High school diploma or GED encouraged but not required, safety certifications
