This is a commission and bonus position and while it is not salaried typical first year entry level agents average $30000 $55000

New agents can achieve productionbased incentives of up to $12000 in their first year

Earn up to an extra $3000 bonus in your first four months with Chambers Consulting Group

Experienced sales agents that have been a part of Chambers Consulting Group for two plus years earn upwards of $100000 in commissions and bonusesHow Chambers Consulting Group Supports your career :

Flexible work environment once you complete your new agent training period which can vary anywhere from four to twelve weeks on average

Set their own hours with options to work in the field onsite and / or in a hybrid capacity per their preference with the support of branch leadership

Our training is conducted in our office by successful field leaders

Chambers Consulting Group agents are provided prelicensing training and state exam free of charge individuals will need to pay for the federal background check and fingerprinting costs required to sell life products in their state

Multiple career tracks including benefiteligible management positions within local office structure.Our entry level insurance sales agents come from diverse professional backgrounds many of which do not have previous sales experience.
