Position Details:
- Location: Chambliss Center at Red Bank - 1936 Dayton Blvd., Red Bank TN, 37415
- Pay: Starts at $11/hour with a High School diploma and no prior child care experience; from $13/hour with at least a CDA; from $15/hour with an Associates Degree. Rates increase with education and experience, up to $19.45/hour.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to pass a fingerprint background check.
- Experience in Early Childhood Education.
- Passionate about engaging with young children.
Responsibilities:
- Stay engaged and supervise children in your care, ensuring safety and promoting active participation in all activities.
- Plan and lead activities that support children’s development in social, emotional, physical, and cognitive areas.
- Maintain an organized and supportive classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with staff, parents, and volunteers.
- Be attentive to the health and well-being of children, responding to their needs as appropriate.
