Job Summary: Chameleon Concessions located in Minneapolis, MN specializes in the manufacturing of premier custom Food Trucks, Indoor/Outdoor Food Truck Halls, custom builds, Concession Trailers, Carts and Custom Builds.
Position Roles/Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare estimates - includes collecting price quotes from vendors, securing a deposit to start project, and execute/obtain Change Orders
- Maintain Clockify time tracking software - enter categories and archive when a project is completed
- Email/contact prospects to qualify leads, send/contact follow-up communication, send estimates
- Obtain vendor Spec Sheets and send to the customer to secure Health Department approval
- Facilitate equipment orders/parts and track through delivery/ coordinate deliveries
- Maintain Inventory Tracking Spreadsheet and assist with annual inventory count
- Make copies of vendor invoices and quotes for customers files
- Oversee administration of a project from the start through the end of the project
- Prepare packet for trucks including Operations and Equipment manuals, Make/model/serial #'s, etc.
- Create internal spreadsheet and customer invoices includes allocation of time from Clockify to the specific job/repair/service
- Execute Credit Card transactions thru Square
- Prepare Rental contracts, procure signatures, COI, Security Deposit and First Month's Rent
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings with current and potential customers (includes oil changes, repair services, service calls, manage warranties, etc.) Remind the owner in the AM about upcoming meetings and have paperwork ready for the meeting(s).
- Serve as the primary receptionist/Answer owners phone when he is away from his desk
- Greet and direct customers and trades by phone, in person, or through electronic media
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence and delete junk mail. Prepare EOD summary allowing the Owner to have an understanding about what is transpiring with email correspondence and how it has been handled.
- Use Social Media platforms to gather content to create campaigns to boost sales and brand engagement
- Assess customers needs, respond to questions, provide information or direct to the proper person
- Complete all office administration tasks including maintaining office supply inventory
- Files documents/photos and maintain or modifies filing practices, both hard copy and electronic
- Maintain general office tidiness
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Two plus year(s) office experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer centric business environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Basic Math Skills
- Restaurant Equipment Experience (Preferred)
