We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator to join our team at Chamonix Casino Hotel. As a key member of the F&B department, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Works proactively to fill open shifts across all F&B outlets due to vacations, events, holidays, and last-minute call-offs.
- Schedules interviews for F&B applicants, ensuring HR is informed and prepared for their arrival.
- Maintains and updates the employee-supervisor list for Payroll, HR, Reception, and the F&B office.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience working in the food and beverage industry is highly preferred.
- Strong computer and technology skills, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
