Owner Chris Donato joined the Frasca Food and Wine Team in 2010, working as the opening GM at Pizzeria Locale Boulder before helping the business grow to Denver and beyond. Consultants Allison Anderson and Chef Duncan Holmes are guiding the creative vision to ensure a special experience. Chef Anna Asplaugh will lead the kitchen as the Chef de Cuisine - manageing all BOH operation and building a team of passionate culinary professionals.
