What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Cook position at Champagne Tiger?
We are currently interviewing for a passionate experienced prep cook that has knowledge and expertise to share with the team. Fine-dining experience is preferred. Our kitchen is a place of creativity, mutual respect, mentorship and encouragement. Schedule would be Tuesday - Saturday from 9 AM - 5:30 PM.

Weekly entertainment highlights performative art (Drag, Painists, Violist and singers) paired with elevated food and beverage.
Owner Chris Donato joined the Frasca Food and Wine Team in 2010, working as the opening GM at Pizzeria Locale Boulder before helping the business grow to Denver and beyond. Consultants Allison Anderson and Chef Duncan Holmes help guiding the creative vision to ensure a special experience. Chef Josh Hood (formerly of Major Tom) leads the kitchen as the Chef de Cuisine - manageing all BOH operation and building a team of passionate culinary professionals.
