ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL SECRETARY
The Champaign County State’s Attorney’s Office is seeking applicants for an Administrative Legal Secretary position working with our Assistant State’s Attorneys. Prior office experience with secretarial training required, with a preference for a minimum of 3 years legal, social service or criminal justice experience. High school diploma required, with a preference for associates degree or higher or specific courses in secretarial skills, criminal justice or social work. The position requires excellent computer, organizational and communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word products, a professional phone manner, and a willingness to learn. This is an AFSCME position. Salary range for this position is grade F, minimum salary $18.68/hour, maximum salary $28.03/hour.
