Champion Home Services is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service team. - Below is the job description we'd like to use for the HVAC Install Helper position I just submitted a request for: Position Overview:The HVAC Install Helper will assist Lead Installers and Technicians with the installation of heating and cooling systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to learn the HVAC trade, work in a fast-paced environment, and be part of a team that values craftsmanship and professionalism.Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and accessories - Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment for job sites - Use hand and power tools to support installation work - Maintain a clean and organized job site during and after each project - Follow instructions from lead installer and supervisors - Learn to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and install manuals - Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures - Represent the company in a professional manner on customer properties - Assist with equipment start-up and job completion tasks Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - Basic knowledge of tools and construction preferred - Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC trade - Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor environments - Good attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Ability to pass background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications: - 6 months of HVAC, construction, or mechanical experience - HVAC trade school or vocational training a plus - EPA Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer: - Competitive hourly pay based on experience - Paid on-the-job training with career advancement opportunities - Health, dental, and vision benefits - 401(k) with company match - Paid holidays and time off - A supportive team environment that values your growth Location- Bulverde,Texas Work Location: In person
