What Your Day Looks Like:
As an HVAC Customer Service Rep - CSR, your day is filled with engaging interactions and problem-solving. You answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring every client feels valued. You make outgoing calls to follow up and schedule appointments, working closely with our skilled technicians to keep everything running smoothly. Your positive attitude and exceptional service create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers every day!
What You Will Do
The HVAC Customer Service Representative is responsible for the following:
- Learn the HVAC business and how to prioritize customer calls.
- Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
- Record and report results on completed jobs by technician.
- Audit information listed in jobs to determine all information is accurate regarding the type of service and equipment to assign to the appropriate technician.
- Manage the dispatch board by monitoring technicians’ progress throughout their day and keeping in communication with customers including delays, adjustments and/or reschedules.
- Work a rotating weekend shift.
- Answer incoming requests from the call center and other departments via email, phone, messages, etc.
- Other duties as directed.
Work Schedule
- This is an in-office full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
The Minimum Requirements To Be Considered
- 2 years of experience as an HVAC customer service representative
- Proven customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with ServiceTitan software is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive mental attitude
