- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create tailored job descriptions.
- Utilize recruitment tools such as really, Ziprecruiter, and Calendly to streamline the hiring process.
- Conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and identify potential for growth within the organization.
- Foster relationships with external partners and agencies for talent acquisition support.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment analytics.
