We are looking for a talented and driven Regional Marketer to join our team and focus on census development for our skilled nursing facilities in Paris, TN, Humboldt, TN, and Dyersburg, TN.
Position Overview: The Regional Marketer will be responsible for driving census growth, building relationships with local healthcare professionals and referral sources, and promoting our facilities to potential residents and their families. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who can work independently, as well as collaboratively with the on-site leadership teams, to increase visibility and engagement within the local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive census growth across skilled nursing facilities in Paris, Humboldt, and Dyersburg, TN.
- Build and nurture relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
- Conduct outreach to local healthcare providers, attending networking events and healthcare fairs.
- Collaborate with facility leadership teams to understand specific needs and develop tailored marketing initiatives.
- Educate families, healthcare professionals, and the public about our services and care offerings.
- Track and report on marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with facility goals and objectives.
- Assist with community outreach events, tours, and promotions to generate interest in the facilities.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competitors and maximize opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare, skilled nursing, or senior living.
- Strong knowledge of census development and healthcare marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of achieving census growth and building relationships with referral sources.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and trends specific to skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel between the three locations.
