Job Description:
As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping to schedule showroom visits and providing valuable information. This role involves a high volume of outbound calls and emails, and your primary responsibility will be supporting our sales team through lead generation and appointment scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to visit the showroom.
- Address customer questions and provide detailed product information.
- Log all customer interactions in our CRM system and follow up as necessary.
- Assist in translating materials or communications when needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred; call center or auto industry experience a plus.
- Availability to work within the hours of 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM, including weekends as needed.
