Description:
The Champion Floating Day Porter is guaranteed 4 hours per day 5 days per week as the Champion Corporate Headquarters day porter, in Williamstown NJ or assisting with emergency calls as needed. In the event a day porter calls out of their shift, the floating day porter will be expected to cover the open shift and will be paid for the entire duration of that porter shift.
Responsibilities-
- Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed
- Adhere to detailed Site-specific cleaning task list
- Manage upkeep of exterior areas, sidewalks, and garbage cans
- Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
- Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up
- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
- Troubleshoot and replace defective supply dispensers
- Troubleshoot issues with cleaning equipment as necessary
- Supports Champion Corporate Office
