What YOU will do as a HVAC Installer:
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Properly connect equipment
- HVAC Installer serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
- HVAC Installer cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information
- For each HVAC installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it
- Document work performed in accordance with company procedure
- Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge
- Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
- Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
- HVAC Installer will maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager
- Drive a box truck and ensure that it is properly maintained
What YOU will bring as a HVAC Installer:
- At least three (3) years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge
- Must have EPA Universal 608 Certification
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
