Seeking a highly motivated individual that has janitorial, facilities, and management experience. This individual will travel to multiple job sites with a focus on training, developing, and/or problem solving with onsite team members.
Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
· Recruiting, identifying, developing, and training qualified staff members.
· General cleaning duties
· Travel to Multiple locations
· Improving the overall appearance of a job site with implementing processes and/or resources
· Using appropriate equipment and chemicals
· Performing minor equipment repairs
· Operating floor care equipment to clean and maintain floors, carpet, and hard surfaces while maintaining a safe environment
· Corresponding with clients and leadership
· Ensuring the profitability of each account
This position is physically demanding and requires working irregular hours and requires travel in a 2-hour radius of Charleston. Overnights will be occasional but required sometimes with notice.

Requirements:
· Janitorial experience- 1 year (Preferred)
· Management experience- 3 Years required
· Must possess a valid driver's license
