Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our team. The hours required to work is Monday- Friday 7am- 3pm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Maintain office files and records, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed, such as typing estimates, invoicing and receiving payments.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Experience
- No experience is required- we are willing to train!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
