Overview :

Innova Disc Golf is seeking a full-time Graphic Artist for our Ontario, California location. The Graphic Artist will hold a pivotal role within the company, taking responsibility for creating engaging and visually appealing designs across a range of mediums. This position will focus on enhancing the visual presence of the Innova brand and its strategic partners, both in-store and online, to drive customer engagement and brand recognition.

Responsibilities :

Create captivating package designs that showcase our products on retail shelves.
Design eye-catching social media graphics that engage our online community.
Develop retail display graphics that enhance the in-store shopping experience.
Create designs for digital and print displays for the Innova brand and strategic partners.
Collaborate closely with the Art Director to bring creative visions to life.
Maintain open communication with the Marketing Director to align designs with our brand strategy.
Take projects from rough concept to production-ready files, ensuring high-quality results.

Experience :

Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

Experience in print production and creating print-ready files.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A degree in design or a related field is a plus.

Requirements

Requirements :

Must be able to perform the above for at least 8 hours per day 5 days per week (8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm)

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Use your hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls

Repeat the same movements

Education :

A degree in design, fine arts, or related field is a plus (preferred)
