A background in Sales Business Development Center experience is a plus. The BDC Team Member must be friendly, patient, enthusiastic and a self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, and an excellent work ethic. Must be flexible to work weekends and evenings and achieve performance goals.
The Sales Business Development Center focuses on increasing the sales traffic of the dealer by making outbound sales calls and taking inbound sales calls which produce solid and specific appointments for the Sales department. The BDC acts as the essential communications link between the customer and the dealership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Successfully maintain 100-150 leads per month
- Adapt to changing needs of department
- Ability to understand client’s expectations and clientele mindset.
- Correctly handle incoming phone calls
- Make at least 75-100 outbound calls daily
- Generate Appointments and continuous business for store
- Complete all daily assigned tasks
- Complete all work assigned by manager
- Successfully meet all goals, both individually and as a team
- Correctly record all prospect information and all communication in company’s customer relationship management system
