Our Order Entry Specialist is a detail oriented, organized individual that plays a critical role in ensuring customers receive orders on time. As an order entry specialist, you will be responsible for processing orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in multiple data entry platforms.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
• Accurately input customer orders ensuring all information is correct.
• Supports direct team regarding questions on orders.
• Learning and comparing order ship dates against the production schedule to accurately. change ship dates along with the schedule.
• Sends customer confirmations and advises both internal and external customers on estimated wait times for processed orders.
• Order reporting and collaborating with other departments.
• Process order returns.
• Ensure EDI platform is updated.
Requirements
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· 1-2 years’ experience with ERP systems (examples: GP, D365, Sales Force)
· Strong organizational skills.
· Excellent listening, verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
· Proven ability to pay close attention to detail.
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in computer applications (examples: Microsoft Word & Excel and MS Teams).
· Prior experience in data entry a must.
· Ability to successfully learn our product line and parts through on-the-job training.
· Maintain a positive attitude.
