We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team in the production line of manufactured housing. The ideal candidate will work under general supervision, as part of a team, to perform quality work at a fast-paced and consistent manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all manual labor tasks in the assigned area, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Read and use tape measures accurately to ensure precise measurements.
- Interpret blueprints and orders effectively to meet production requirements.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to achieve smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
- Operate hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools efficiently to complete tasks.
Requirements:
- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or modular housing is highly desirable.
