14.00 per hour All employees start at $14 / hr until we gauge their level of experience and / or willingness to learn. • Summary
• Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner. The N.E.A.T. program is for entry level employees with little to no experience in the mobile home manufacturing field OR for aspiring, experienced applicants to show their work ethic and abilities before being drafted to a production department.

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blueprints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

• Qualifications
• Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing / modular housing desired.
