As a Modular Housing Service Advocate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in the modular housing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talks with customers to discuss their needs and provides solutions, ensuring high-quality customer service and building trust.
- Reviews and manages retailer checkout sheets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Works closely with contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
- Enters service orders into the system and assigns correct parts to each item, streamlining processes and reducing errors.
- Fil es completed work orders and maintains accurate records, providing transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must possess strong communication skills, both internal and external, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Must have a great work ethic and live the company's operating principles, upholding our values.
- Previous experience in manufactured/modular housing is desired, but not required.
