- Role & Responsibilities :
- We are seeking a dynamic Digital Advertising and Analytics Specialistto join our team. This role is pivotal in maximizing our digital marketing efforts with a relentlessfocus on SEO, SEM, and social advertising to maximize awareness, interest, and sales. The idealcandidate will be proficient in implementing PPC advertising campaigns, optimizing SEOpractices, and leveraging social media advertising to maximize ROI. This role requires acandidate who is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple digital marketinginitiatives to drive business growth in partnership with cross-functional team members. Therole provides the empowerment to be innovative, self-directed, and grow, all with the supportof an experienced manager and team. - Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Implement PPC advertising campaigns, SEO best practices, and social advertisingcampaigns.Define and deploy latest PPC strategies, SEO best practices, and social ad trends.Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.Connecting and optimizing the digital touchpoints to improve the customer experienceand achievement of weekly and annual goalsIdentifying and allocating marketing spend to deliver the highest return performanceConduct market research on keyword trends, consumer behavior, and competitoranalysis using SEO platforms and other tools.Execute tests, collect, and analyze data to identify trends and insights to achievemaximum ROI in paid campaigns.Track, analyze, and report on website and social analytics and PPC initiatives andcampaigns. Translate results into recommendations for improvement.Prepare weekly and monthly analytic reports.Required Proven Experience with : Marketing and website analytics tools including but not limited to GA4, Google TagManager, AEM, and Google AdsSocial media ad platforms and analyticsSEO solution and content performance marketing application, BrightEdge or similarplatform experience a plusEmerging AI based search strategies and natural language searchStandardized analytics reporting and dashboard creationMicrosoft products
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or similar field.3-5 years' experience in digital advertising and analytics.
