Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Relationship Building Proactively prospect, establish, and nurture relationships with potential commercial customers, including property management companies, building owners, and other business decision-makers.
- Sales Presentations Develop and deliver professional, tailored sales proposals that clearly communicate the value of our HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service agreements.
- Lead Management Track leads, sales forecasts, and follow-up activities, ensuring timely and accurate updates to help close deals and meet revenue goals.
- Customer Retention & Strategy Work with customers to understand their needs across all three trades, develop solutions, and position the company as their trusted service partner.
- Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, operations) to ensure a seamless service delivery that meets customer needs and expectations.
- Proposal & Estimate Preparation Generate accurate estimates for service agreements, develop customer action plans, and collaborate with the team to ensure a successful outcome.
- Market Awareness & Reporting Stay attuned to market trends, customer needs, and sales performance to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Regularly report to the Service Manager on market developments and sales activities.
- Required
- 2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the commercial sector.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple sales cycles.
- Computer proficiency and multitasking capabilities.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Desired
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (or equivalent) or 5 years of service sales experience.
- 5 years of B2B Sales experience, preferably within the commercial services industry.
- 3 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing services.
- Familiarity with business operations and decision-making processes.
- Sales Expertise Ability to present, educate, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of comprehensive service agreements across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services.
- Relationship Building Skill in developing long-term, trust-based relationships with business leaders and decision-makers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Self-Motivation & Drive Strong self-starter who can work independently, thrive under pressure, and meet sales targets while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Problem-Solving & Strategy Ability to strategically overcome obstacles, handle objections, and find creative solutions to meet client needs.
- Business Acumen Understand how businesses operate and use that knowledge to identify opportunities for new sales and business growth.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders and walk on rooftops.
- Exposure to outdoor ambient temperatures and various building environments.
- Achievement of target revenue and sales goals across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services.
