Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks with a high emphasis on drywall texture matching & high level painting skills, demonstrating proficiency in both structural and aesthetic improvements. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship while adhering to safety standards and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
- Perform door hanging, drywall texture, and construction painting tasks to enhance the appearance of spaces.
- Conduct electrical work and plumbing installations as required by project specifications.
- Build structures and frameworks as needed, ensuring they meet all safety codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration.
Skills
- Proficiency in door hanging techniques and drywall texture application.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing systems a plus.
- Strong building skills with experience in construction painting.
