Join our team as we build the next chapter in our companies continued growth. Starting rate will be depend upon experience for a Monday-Friday day shift position (overtime may be required). Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Checks and approves all vouchers for payment.
- Prepares invoice deduction notices, as necessary.
- Audits freight bills against freight manifests.
- Answers all vendor inquiries.
- Analyzes vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted.
- Prepares accounts payable checks.
- Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
- Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
- Assists in weekly and monthly closings.
- Assists with special projects, as necessary.
- Completes tax exemption certificates, as needed.
- Must be detail oriented and have high math proficiency.
- Must exhibit high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
- Knowledge of Navision is a plus
- Must possess sound interpersonal and communication skills.
