*Monday- Friday
*8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Candidates will take inbound calls and emails regarding our products (Mini Bikes, Go Karts, ATV's, etc.) and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
-Serve as a primary contact for customer communication and issues, while ensuring the customers' needs are met.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently-Manage the workflow in detail, according to established protocol.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information- Ensure all customer data is entered and updated in our system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
