We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Receiving Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the receiving operations in our distribution center, ensuring efficient handling of outgoing shipments and maintaining accurate inventory records.
## Duties
- Supervise and coordinate shipping activities in the warehouse
- Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Oversee inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies
- Collaborate with the warehouse management team to optimize shipping procedures
- Train and mentor staff on best practices and safety protocols
## Skills
- Proficiency in e-commerce processes
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Ability to drive process improvement initiatives in shipping operations
- Familiarity with distribution center workflows
