Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping/Receiving Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Duties:
-Check in Drivers and direct them where to go.
-Update Inventory in program
-Update BOL
-Coordinate with Logistics
-Print Shipping Labels
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against the purchase orders
- Ensure accuracy of order fulfillment and maintain inventory records
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Skills:
-Office Computer Skills, ability to update spreadsheets daily and keep track of daily hours.
- Order Picking: Ability to accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications
- Basic Math: Proficiency in performing simple calculations for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities
- Warehouse/Stock Management: Knowledge of warehouse operations, including stock organization and inventory control
- Distribution Center Procedures: Familiarity with distribution center processes, such as receiving, sorting, and shipping goods
- E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and processes for order fulfillment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
