About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Master Data Program Manager to lead our Master Data Management (MDM) program. As a trusted partner, you'll work closely with regional, global, and transformational stakeholders to effectively analyze, document, organize, optimize, and orchestrate all aspects of our enterprise MDM program. Your expertise will ensure that our master data is accurate, complete, and consistent across the organization, enabling us to make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver change strategies to support MDM program implementation
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across the organization
• Facilitate the MDM steering committee and define workgroup priorities and LT roadmap
• Monitor, measure, and improve master data quality metrics
• Enforce policies and procedures for managing data assets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and core data objects such as material, customer, and vendor data
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, business analytics, or a related field or equivalent business experience
• CDMP designation preferred but not necessary
• Experience with data transformation change or transformation initiatives
