Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with GFSI standard audit requirements (i.e. Safe Quality Foods [SQF] certification) and HACCP principles.
- Review and approve corrective action plans for resolution of audit non-conformance reports.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to verify compliance with established program requirements.
- Periodically monitor and audit facility personnel to ensure all established food safety operating procedures are being followed.
In addition, you will facilitate the maintenance of SQF and HACCP audit compliance systems, assist in the development and execution of verification programs required to validate regulatory requirements, and ensure adherence to food safety and HACCP programs.
