Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Food Safety/Sanitation/QA-QC supervisory role.
- A degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field; commensurate experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Working knowledge of GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, GLP, GDP, EMP, and Quality Assurance programs.
- Knowledge of process controls and general food manufacturing principles.
