Put your problem-solving skills to the test as you analyze business performance and implement data-driven strategies to increase revenue. You review and analyze financial documents to determine our financial status and identify strategies for increasing profits. GENERAL SALES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive experience in the home services industry with a proven ability to meet sales goals
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team and hold individuals accountable
- Ability to read and interpret financial documents
- Strong understanding of KPIs, how they drive business growth, and how to guide performance improvements
- Organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
Nexstar Network experience would be preferred but isn't required.
