Description:
Champion is a top-rated Home Standby generator manufacturer – 4 years running from a popular consumer rating agency - growing our home standby dealer business from our Sussex, WI location.
Primary Duties:
- Phone calls with potential Home Standby generator dealers and lead-generated customers with approximately 80% outbound phone calling and 20% inbound traffic.
- Detail the program and product benefits to potential home standby dealers for Champion, resulting in dealer quotes to customers and dealer sales orders.
- Provide product knowledge training to potential dealers focusing on consumer benefits of Champion home standby.
- Forward consumer leads to established Champion Dealer Network, follow up, and document information in the company data system.
- Maintain and track account information and communication notes in the company data system.
- Meet daily call requirements.
- Support transition of account to Inside Sales Department.
- Data entry from Excel list to the company system.
- Accurately create lists from source data.
- Compile and compare lists as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in analyzing information.
- Appropriate phone etiquette.
- Outgoing cold calling experience.
- Positive attitude, ethical, and responsible.
- Basic computer knowledge of email, spreadsheets, and data entry, and efficient typing capabilities.
- The ability to meet deadlines and work as a team member.
- Education required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
