Experience and qualifications will determine starting base pay. We have a layered interviewing process, to identify people who consider themselves ambitious, humble, hungry, and smart.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understand the importance of responsive, consistent customer service
- Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components
- Basic grammar skills and verbal communication skills.
- Great listening skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with real estate agents and customers
- Team building skills
- Punctual and ability to work unsupervised
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions
- 1 year or equivalent of construction experience
- Duties require climbing ladders, walking on roofs, accessing crawl spaces, entering attics, and standing for long periods.

- Required to authorize background and driving checks
- Available to work some evenings and weekends
