Pool Attendant (Seasonal through Labor Day) - Columbus, OH
Full Time OR Part Time Positions Available!
Introduction
As a Pool Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests. Your primary responsibilities include enforcing pool rules, maintaining the pool area and equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor Safety: Oversee the pool area to ensure safety and adherence to all rules and regulations.
- Guest Check-in: Register and track all residents and guests as they arrive.
- Hospitality: Greet and assist guests, offering a professional and friendly experience.
- Area Maintenance: Keep the pool area clean, free of debris, and organized. Straighten chairs and tables as needed, as well as open / close umbrellas.
- Incident Reporting: Report any incidents or maintenance issues to the appropriate staff or management.
- Plant Care: Water poolside plants and flowers as needed.
Disinfection: Ensure the pool area is regularly disinfected and maintained.
Available Schedules (MUST work a minimum of 20 hours per week)
Monday - Saturday: 6 PM - 10 PM
- Sunday: 12 PM - 5 PM
Sunday: 5PM - 10PM
Candidate Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Familiarity with pool and safety procedures and ability to directly enforce them
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to walk, lift and bend
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Consistent professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and after hours.

Compensation
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour
