Roofing Sales Representative Responsibilities
1. Generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
2. Conduct roof inspections to assess damage or wear and provide clear, accurate assessments to homeowners.
3. Prepare and present detailed proposals, including cost estimates and material options, to potential clients.
4. Educate homeowners about roofing systems, warranties, and the benefits of Owens Corning products.
5. Guide clients through the insurance claims process, if applicable, and act as a liaison between the homeowner and the insurance company.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, HOAs, property managers, and other stakeholders.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, local building codes, and best practices.
8. Communicate project timelines and updates to homeowners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
9. Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.
10. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to conduct door-to-door canvassing effectively
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques and account management
- Experience with B2B sales and marketing strategies
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Excellent communication and analysis skills to drive sales performance

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
