The Role at a Glance
As a Medical Biller, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate submission of claims, monitoring payments, and resolving discrepancies. Your ability to focus on the details and meet deadlines will help our clients thrive while maintaining compliance with billing standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness, securing missing information as needed.
- Identifying primary, secondary, and tertiary insurance parties and billing accordingly.
- Analyzing insurance payments for accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- Investigating and resolving denials or discrepancies with involved parties.
- Managing assigned accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding claims.
- Communicating professionally with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance representatives to clarify billing issues.
- Preparing reports and maintaining documentation in line with company policies.

Your Background
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience with billing
- Certifications in medical billing (e.g., AAHAM, AAPC) highly recommended
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance guidelines

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
