This is a part time hourly position ($24k/yr-$30k/yr) progressing to full time coaching role that is a combination of coaching soccer skills strength and conditioning athletic advisement/mentoring.

Champion's QUEST is the only true year-round Sports Performance Academy for ages 8-18 that combines the power of functional athletic training with the development of mental toughness and sports skills to maximize athletic peak performance. The goal is to improve mental game and athletic ability to fuel a competitive fire.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role that will progress to a full time role for a Sports Performance Coach specializing in Soccer. As a Sports Performance Coach you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs to improve overall athletic performance, including strength & conditioning, speed, agility, injury prevention, soccer skills and mental toughness. You will also provide personal mentoring on a continual annual basis to athletes and their families to support their athletic goals and development.
Qualifications
- Previous Women's Soccer Team Collegiate Athlete (Required)
- Athletic Performance and Training experience
- Experience coaching and mentoring student athletes
- Expertise in Strength & Conditioning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications (or in process of obtaining): NSCA-CSCS, NASM-PES, USA-W, Coaching Licenses
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or a related field (Required)
Experience with women's soccer, experience working with young athletes, and a personal background in sports are beneficial for this role.
