Overview :
When patients enter our center in Hueytown, we want them to have an exceptional experience starting at the front desk. Thats where you come in. As a patient service specialist, youll manage both the patient side and business side of our center. The front desk is your station to be a patient advocate, communicate with individuals via email and phone, manage patient payments and utilize multiple computer programs. Dont underestimate the impact you can make on every patients care experience, even before they leave the waiting room.

Schedule :
- Center Location : Hueytown, AL
- Type of Employment : Full Time -FLOAT
- Hours : Weekdays (7am to 6pm)
- Salary : Starting at $16 / hour (Pending experience)
- This is a Float role with the home clinic being the Hueytown location. The PSS is expected to cover planned and unplanned coverage needs within the greater Birmingham, AL area.
